If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange AS LONG AS IT REMAINS IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Once a product package is opened, or once our labelling is cut off of a tire, no credit can be given. If we receive the product in good condition in its original packaging then a credit will be issued and will be redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
